Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 raises preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy before the Grievance Committee U/Sec. 79, so also has a remedy U/Sec. 140 of the Maharashtra Universities Act. 2.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to consider the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as contended by respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Considering the fact that, interim order is in force since long time, interim order is continued for a period of four (04) weeks from today. Needless to state on lapse of four weeks protection granted shall come to an end. All contentions of respective parties are kept open.
