Heard Mr. Thorat, learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner prays for quashment and setting aside the tender notice No.ABJ/02(II)/01/2019-2020 and call for the fresh tender for construction of bridge of Nagdara Helamb Road Km. 4/500 QDR-100 Tq. Parli, District Beed.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4 submits that work is already complete now on 1.9.2023. Under the said circumstance, no effective order can be passed. The petition has now rendered practically infructuous and, therefore, it stands dismissed. 4.

It appears that in view of the order dated 9.6.2020 petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) to show his bonafides. Same amount be returned to the petitioner.
