In view of the subsequent events occurred after filing of this Petition and in view of the order passed by this Court on 12th October, 2015, the petitioner filed fresh proposal. The Respondent-State favorably considered the said proposal and as contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner allowed the petitioner to establish 9th and 10th standards, however, according to him, no permission is yet granted to establish/run the 9th

4128.15WP standard. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to present the fresh proposal for 8th standard.

In the light of above, the Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to present application/ proposal praying therein for allowing the petitioner to establish/start 8th standard.
