Heard. The applicant is claiming for condonation of delay of 3111 days.

The learned AGP for respondent strongly opposed the application. Though the delay seems to be inordinate in nature but considering the statutory right of applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 3111 days in filing the first appeal stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. 3.

Accordingly application stands disposed of.
