By way of this application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking amendment in the original petition by adding the contents that his real uncle has been issued validity under the order of this Court and thereafter the Committee has also issued validity certificates to his children. 3.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
