This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by respondents, along with accrued interest. It is brought to the notice of this Court that respondents have deposited amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon up to 2019.

Learned advocate for the acquiring body submits that demand of interest for the period 2019 to 2024 of Rs.2,07,541/- is already raised and the same is expected to be received in the near future.

In the light of the above and for the reasons stated in the

{2} ca4414-24.doc application, the application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and remaining 50% along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

After the acquiring body deposits the remaining interest of Rs.2,07,541/-, the claimants shall be permitted to withdraw the same, on the same conditions.
