The learned counsel for petitioners states that, the petitioners would be covered by judgment and order dated 22nd September, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 5018 of 2015 with other connected writ petitions.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioners are the employees of the same institution which was party in Writ Petition No. 5018 of 2015 with other connected writ petitions.

Considering the above, we follow the same course adopted vide judgment and order dated 22nd September, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 5018 of 2015. For the reasons recorded in said judgment dated 22nd September, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 5018 of 2015 with other connected writ petitions, present matters also stand disposed of. The said order would be read in the present writ petitions also. No costs.
