The registration of First Appeal Stamp No. 5533 of 2023 was refused since office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. The applicant has moved present application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.

Since there is a delay in filing the application, a prayer for condonation of delay of 349 days is also made. 3.
