The appeal is of year 2017. Some of the respondents have not yet been served. The deceased was said to have been traveling in goods vehicle. It is alleged that the deceased was a labour working with the owner of the goods vehicle. It will take time to make the appeal ready for final hearing. The amount of compensation is not very much. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The amount be paid to applicant nos.1 to 4 in equal proportion. The amount payable to the minor applicants be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank, until they attain majority. 4.
