After having heard learned counsel for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the application with request to make the trial time bound with liberty to move after a period of eight months in case trial could not be concluded.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to frame the charge within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the trial as far as possible within a period of six months thereafter. In case trial 1 / 2
