The applicant No.1 is seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount of Rs.2 lakhs along with interest which is kept in the name of minor applicant No.2 - Pratibha, for her future education. 3.

The minor applicant No.2 - Pratibha has passed S.S.C. Examination and now taking education for 11th Standard. 4.

In view of this, the applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand) only. The remaining amount shall be kept in the name of applicant No.2 - minor Pratibha in the same bank for the same period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
