Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP waives service for respondents. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the N.A. permission. The application is also made for sanction of layout. The Tahsildar has asked report from respondent no.3 on 2/2/2019. It has to be submitted by the respondent no.3 within 15 days. As yet said report is not submitted. 3] We have heard the learned AGP also.

4] In case the respondent no.3 has not submitted the report pursuant to the communication of the Tahsildar dated 2/2/2019 (Exh.D, page 16) then the respondent no.3 shall give report to the respondent no.2 within four weeks.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
