Heard learned advocates for the appearing parties. 2.

This application has been moved by the applicant seeking extension of time to deposit amount pursuant to orders passed by this court from time to time.

After hearing learned advocates for the parties, it does not appear that the claimants have any particular objection to allow present application letting extension of time to deposit the

{2} cast10692-20 amount. A bank cheque for the amount to be deposited is stated to be ready and photo copy of the same, annexed along with civil application, is being relied on. Validity of cheque is about to expire around 23rd June, 2020.

Having regard to that cheuqe is ready and the claimants have no particular objection for granting extension of time, we deem it appropriate and expedient to grant the application. Time to deposit cheque / amount accordingly stands extended to 16th June, 2020. Office may accept deposit of amount accordingly. 5.

Civil application accordingly stands granted and is disposed of.
