By the order impugned, the Family Court has awarded maintenance in favour of respondent-wife.

By an order dated 8th June, 2016, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the petitioner, subject to certain condition. The record depicts that said condition is not complied with till date. 3.

The petition thereafter was dismissed in default for want of prosecution.

Having noticed that the petition was dismissed for default on the part of the lawyer, this court restored the same on 13th December, 2016.

When the matter was listed on 31st October, 2017, even on two calls, learned Counsel for petitioner remained absent. 6.

Even today when the matter is called out, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the conduct observed herein before, the matter is posted for dismissal.
