Mr. Nirmal, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 on instructions submits that respondent nos.4 and 5 would forward the proposal for acquisition to respondent no.3 within four weeks. 2.

The respondent no.3 shall take further steps to initiate the acquisition proceedings in accordance with the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation Act within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the proposal from respondent nos.4 and 5. The proceedings shall be completed within the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation Act.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
