This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondents 1, 2 and 4 to take decision on the application tendered by petitioner on 01.10.2013 under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and, it is accordingly directed. On decision of the application, if petitioner is held entitled to receive additional compensation, respondent no. 3 shall disburse the amount as determined by respondents 1, 2 and 4, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of such decision.
