PER COURT :- 1.

Mrs. Deshpande, the learned A. G. P. submits that, the order dated 15.03.2011, passed by this Court is not in consonance with the order in Public Interest Litigation No. 20 of 2006, pending at the Principal Seat at Bombay. According to the learned A. G. P. blanket directions are issued by the Division Bench in the said Public Interest Litigation at the Principal Seat at Bombay, thereby, restraining from granting any permission for addition / modernization / expansion. 2.

Vide the order which is sought to be stayed / suspended this Court had only issued direction to the Commissioner of Sugar to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 06.01.2011, seeking Ariel Distance Certificate. The directions were to that effect only.

In light of that, the present civil application is disposed of. No costs.
