PER COURT :- This is an application for grant of regular bail. Mr. Dhanraj P. Mundhe, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that during pendency of present Application, the Investigating Officer has already completed his investigation and Charge-Sheet is filed in the court of law. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw present Application with liberty to file bail application, afresh, before the learned Trial Court. Permission is granted.
