ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 04.01.2022 and thereby clarify the situation in view of communication dated 23.08.2018 and 16.09.2021."

It is canvassed that the land of the petitioner's father has been utilized for a public project. A Project Affected Person (PAP) certificate is already issued in the name of the petitioner's father. As per the scheme of the Government, the petitioner can claim service on the basis of such a PAP certificate. The land has been utilized and there is no issue of return of land. The only difficulty is that by mistake, 2 PAP certificates were issued with regard to the petitioner's father's land and hence his chances of seeking employment with respondent No.5 are subject to the pending enquiry, which is being conducted by respondent No.4.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his obstacles would be removed if respondent No.4 is directed to take immediate steps to ensure that the discrepancy with regard to 2 PAP certificates is sorted out so that the petitioner's claim for employment could be processed.

In view of the above, we direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2022 and initiate appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
