The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner is presently praying for only prayer clause 'A' as under:- A] By appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature of writ, may please kindly be direct the respondents particularly respondent No.4 District Caste Certificate, Scrutiny Commitee to take the decision on the

(2) proposal the petitioner for issuance of validity certificate as submitted dated 24-12-2020 as per the Token (Exh.B) by granting all the opportunities within stipulated period and as earliest and for that purposes appropriate orders may kindly be passed.

He further prays that his pending claim be decided within four months.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on oral instructions that the vigilance enquiry is over.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- a] Respondent No.4 shall decide the pending claim of the petitioner submitted on 24-12-2020, as expeditiously as possible and preferably

(3) on or before 30-11-2022.

b] The petitioner would appear before the competent committee on 18-072022 at 12.00 noon. c] Thereafter, he would abide by the dates of hearing as may be granted by the committee.

d] Any adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds will not be sought by the petitioner and if such a request is putforth, the committee would be justified in advancing to the next stage in the said pending proceedings.
