1.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner tenders a copy of the notice dated 13/9/2017 issued by him to the petitioner by Speed Post on both the addresses, informing the petitioner that the learned Advocate is withdrawing his Vakil Patra and would seek a discharge in the matter. The copy of the said letter along with two original Speed Post receipts bearing No.EM401497830IN and EM401497826IN, both dated 14/9/2017 are placed on record, which are collectively marked "X" for identification.
W.P. No.5585/2004 (( 2 )) 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits that, he has already intimated the petitioner that he is discharging himself from this matter and has thus, left it open to the petitioner to engage a new Advocate. 3.
We find that, the petitioner is not before us and has not entered an appearance either through an Advocate or in person despite the notice "X" dated 13/9/2017. 4.
We, therefore, are of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. This petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. ( SUNIL K. KOTWAL ) ( RAVINDRA .V. GHUGE ) JUDGE JUDGE fmp/
