Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicants.

These are the applications for condonation of delay of 880 days caused in filing respective First Appeals.

Learned A.G.P. submits that after decision by the Reference Court, proposal was sent to the Law and Judiciary Department and after getting approval of the Law and Judiciary Department, appeal proposal was forwarded to the office of the Government Pleader.

The Government Pleader assigned First Appeal for drafting the memo to the

ca8139.17 concerned A.G.P. and thereafter some time was required for communication about the court fees and legal expenses. In that process, delay was caused.

Therefore, for the reasons stated in the applications, delay caused in filing First Appeals is condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
