Mr Wani, learned Advocate for applicants invited my attention to the copy of order passed in First Appeal No.741 of 2002 dated 26.10.2015 (Exh.C1). It is submitted that the First Appeal No.741 of 2002 has been disposed of long back on 26.10.2015 and amount of compensation is still lying with the Registry. Hence, It is necessary to allow this application. 4.

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5.
