Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing, it transpires that the suit premises have been dismantled, albeit it is being contended on behalf of the petitioner that quite a bit of structure is standing. Respective parties claim possession over the suit property. 3.

Taking into account that the application for restoration of suit itself is pending, the same be disposed of as early as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Parties to maintain status-quo in respect of suit property till the disposal of restoration application. 5.

With aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
