Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicants as well as Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the respondents. These are the applications for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award. For the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on the condition that the appellant shall deposit entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
