The learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Hingoli rejected the second bail application of the applicant, which was filed before charge sheet on 20.02.2023. The charge sheet has been filed on 16.03.2023 and the present bail application was filed on 01.04.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant did not inform him that the charge sheet was filed. Hence, inadvertently, he filed the present bail application. He seeks leave to approach the Sessions Court. Leave granted as prayed.
