Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.525 of 2022 registered with Khultabad Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. It appears that the incident happened on a trifle ground. The injured had suffered injuries but no assault was on the vital part. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been recovered at the instance of the applicant. The injured is out of danger. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.12.2022. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Abdul Salam Abdul Hai Mujawar, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall not contact the victim and other witnesses. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
