During the course of hearing, learned Counsels for both sides made joint request that the order impugned be modified by directing the measurement of land bearing Gat Nos. 26 and 27 situated at village Khokar, Tq. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmedngar.

In view of this, by consent of both sides impugned order dated 05.01.2024 passed in RCS No. 14/2023 by 3rd CJJD, Shrirampur stands modified. 3.

It is directed that Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Shrirampur by following due process of law to measure both lands bearing Gat Nos. 26 & 27 situated at village Khokar, Tq. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar and to submit the measurement report along
