The petitioner claims to be a student of 12th standard and is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent/committee to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously.

The petitioner has filed the proposal for validation only on 22.03.2021. The petitioner knew that he has been admitted to the 12th standard in July 2020 itself and ought to have filed the proposal earlier. However, considering the exigency in the matter the respondent No. 2 shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding preferably by the
