Heard both the sides in Writ Petition.

The petitioner, who is facing two trials which have been clubbed together, he is seeking direction to the trial court for deciding the cases expeditiously.

On instructions, the learned A.P.P. submits that already the programme for conducting the trial has been published. However, for non-cooperation of the informant to whom the witness summons was served but who did not turn up, the trial is held up.

Without expressing anything we dispose of the writ petition by directing the trial court to conduct the trials expeditiously and decide them finally as early as possible.

The Application is disposed of.
