The Applicant submits that the writ petition involves a service dispute. The Applicant has been awarded the punishment of dismissal from service dated 31.10.2007 after he retired on reaching the age of superannuation in 2006. The Applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No.1463/2012 for final hearing out of turn.

Since this Court is taking up old final hearing matters instituted from 1994 onwards on every Thursday, precedence cannot be granted to this Writ Petition.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is rejected. The Applicant, however, may renew his request after SIX MONTHS. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
