Heard rival submissions. The applicant - Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of 1893 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. In similar other matter, this Court, vide order dated 18th July 2019, has already condoned the delay of 1885 days therein. In view of the same, the delay of 1893 days stands condoned. 2.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. The application is accordingly disposed of.
