Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court (Coram R.G. Avachat J.) has allowed to withdrawal of 75% amount in connected appeals. Hence applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount.

961 C.A. 5710-2022 .odt appeals, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent surety/ security/Bank guarantee.
