Heard learned Counsel for the parties, perused the impugned communication between the petitioner and the District Collector, Nanded. The District Collector, Nanded called upon the Talathi, Sajja Katkalamba for hearing. However, the said Talathi did not produce any documents showing that the petitioner has worked as part-time employee for fourteen months. Therefore, the Collector has disposed of the application filed by the petitioner.

Therefore, we do not see any reason to interfere in the said communication

4530.16wp addressed to the petitioner by the Collector. Admittedly, the concerned Talathi did not submit the certificate on record.

For the reasons aforesaid, the writ petition stands rejected.
