The learned Additional Government Pleader pursuant to the written instructions received from the Sub-Divisional Officer/Special Land Acquisition Officer submits that proposal has been received for acquisition under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2013 (for short "2013 Act") from the Acquiring Body and process of issuing notification under section 11 of the Act of 2013 is under consideration. In case, there is no impediment, notification under Section 11 of the Act of 2013 shall be issued within a period of one (01) month and Award shall be passed within stipulated time under the Act of 2013. 2.
