CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL,JJ.

Date : 04.04.2017.

PER COURT :

1.

Heard.

2.

The petitioners have impugned the order dated 29.12.2015, thereby terminating their services. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order has been recalled and petitioners are reinstated in service from

1.4.2017. The said statement is accepted. As the orders terminating the services of the petitioners are already set aside and the petitioners are reinstated in service, the petitioners would be entitled for the salary for the period for which they have rendered services and will continue to draw salary subject to condition that they continue to render services in respective institutions.

It would be responsibility of respondents to draw and disburse arrears of the salary due and payable after verifying their record of attendance as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today.

3.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
