The appellant/M.ID.C. intends to place on record certified copy of index II register in this appeal by way of additional documentary evidence by taking aid of Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 4.

Without prejudice to the rights and interest of the claimant, production of certified copy of index of vllage Pungla needs to be allowed as additional documentary evidence.
