Mr. Mohd. Asif, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, pursuant to the orders of this Court, the respondent has deposited an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs. The same is the difference of the salary as per 6th pay commission and Dearness Allowance. The applicant is entitled to receive much more than the said amount.

Mr. Dhorde, learned Advocate for non-applicant No.1 does not oppose the application.

The applicant is in service with the respondents. Withdrawal of the amount would not be prejudicial to the interest of the respondents as the applicant is already in service of the respondents. Considering the above, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.2 Lakhs deposited by the respondent. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
