This application is filed by the applicant-wife seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/- deposited by the petitioner/husband in the office of this Court. The amount is deposited pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 3rd February 2025. The amount is towards arrears of maintenance amount as awarded by the trial Court.

Considering above, application stands allowed. 3.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/-.

Ethape ( 2 ) 14-CA-4242-2025 Office to transfer the amount in the account of present applicant. The applicant furnish the account details to the office of this Court for the purpose of transfer of the amount.
