In fact, from the contents of the said communication, it can be said that no final decision has been taken in respect of the proposal, that means those proposals are still pending. I) The Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 01.02.2023 filed by Head Master of Anglo Urdu High School, Savda, Tq. Raver, Dist. Jalgaon, after taking into consideration the communication dated 05.03.2021 issued by Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Pune to all the Divisional Deputy Directors of Education as well as the said communication issued by Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Nashik on 04/16.06.2021 to all the Education Officers (Secondary).
