Affidavit is filed by respondent no.4.

According to the affidavit, it is stated that the proposal is already decided and second ACPS benefit to the petitioner is rejected. The letter is issued requesting to release the salary grants towards salary of 46 employees. Funds are solicited from the Government.

In view of that the order of this Court is complied with. The petitioner may assail the order negating the 2nd ACPS benefit to him, as may be permissible under law.
