The petitioners are Government Servants who have now superannuated. Prayers put forth by the petitioners pertain to their service benefits.

The learned AGP points out Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1986 and contends that this matter would lie before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioners prays that this Court may order the transfer of this petition to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal so as to be converted into an original application.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 6.
