Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner who claims to be a life member of the educational institution and trust, claims that it is being now managed by bogus trustees and they are about to undertake a recruitment process.

Taking into account the fact that the order of the Deputy Charity Commissioner provisionally accepting a change

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025.
