ORDER

1) Learned AGP and learned advocate for respective parties present.

2) Mr.Shaikh Mukhtar Shaikh Rahim - Sub Divisional Water Conservation Officer, Vaijapur and Dr.Banapure Dnyanoba, SDO, Aurangabad are present. 3) Both the parties agree that the present matters are squarely covered by Government Resolution dated 3.11.2016 along with subsequent corrigendum dated 23.2.2017 and 13.8.2018, as the BDV

-2compensation that has been awarded by the Reference Court, is within four times of the compensation granted by the Special Land Acquisition officer. In view of the said fact, the appellant-State does not want to proceed ahead with the matters and seeks leave to withdraw the appeals.

4) In view of the above, the first appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. Pending civil applications, if any, stand disposed of.

5) It is submitted that the entire amount is deposited in this court and out of which, 75% is withdrawn by the respondents-claimants. In view of the said fact, rest of the amount, along with interest accrued, if any, be paid to the claimants as per the award.

6) Refund of court fees as per the Rules.
