By the present application, the applicants/appellants pray for remitting the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 24.06.2019 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Jalna in R.C.A. No.56 of 2018, for correcting the name of the father of the appellants/original defendants. In R.C.S. No.269 of 2006, though the name of the father of the present appellants/original defendants is mentioned as 'Pandusing', however, in the judgment dated 24.06.2019, passed by the learned District Judge-1, Jalna, the name of their father is wrongly mentioned as 'Pandurang'.

The learned Counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has not denied said fact on perusal of the judgment and decree dated 15.02.2018 passed by the learned trial Court in R.C.S. No.269 of 2006, the name of present appellants/original defendants is mentioned as 'Pandusing'. However, the said name has been changed in the judgment and decree dated 24.06.2019 in R.C.A. No.56 of 2018, passed by the learned appellate Court.

It is, therefore, necessary to refer the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the appellate Court for correction to the concerned Court. The first appellate Court is hereby directed to correct the same and remit the certified copy of the judgment and decree to this Court, on or before 21.06.2024. 4.

In view of the above, the office objections are now overruled.
