After having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to issue notice. 2.

The order impugned herein suggests that the application preferred by the petitioner herein was partly allowed by the Court concerned with a direction to register First Information Report against non-applicant Nos. 1 to 4. The petitioner herein was seeking order of registration of FIR against one and all named in the application. If, during investigation of the crime registered pursuant to the order impugned herein, involvement of others named in the application is surfaced, the Investigating Officer has every power to file charge-sheet against them, as well.
