CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH,J.
DATED : 10TH APRIL, 2015 Order :- 1] After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Counsel Mr.S.T.Shelke for the State Election Commission and the learned A.G.P., a glaring thing that transpires is that on the date of filing nomination papers, the application had not been accompanied by the necessary documents depicting submission of caste claim for verification to the Caste Scrutiny Committee; a requirement as such cannot be said to be complied with.
2] In such a senerio, the submission on behalf of the petitioner that to read the Government Resolution dated 7/4/2015 to mean that it gives allowance to submit the requisite documents even after last
wp4141-15 -2date of filing nomination, is difficult to be accepted as the Government Resolution cannot be said to mean said purpose. The expression as contained and pointed at page 23 of the paper book of the Writ Petition do not generate such an impression. 3] The Writ Petition therefore, is rendered without any substance and is rejected as such.
