All these Petitioners are senior citizens. Many of them are above 65 years of age. They have tendered representation dated 27/12/2023, to the Secretary, Finance Department as regards unpaid service benefits. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners is unaware of as to whether the representation of the Petitioners has reached Respondent No.2/Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Dairy Development and Fisheries. As such, we grant him liberty to serve one more

3924.24wp (2) copy of the said representation of the Petitioners to Respondent No.2 by Speed Post A.D.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the said representation of these Petitioners, within a period of 150 days and after arriving at a decision, the same be communicated to each of the Petitioners on their addresses mentioned in the petition paper book.
