The present petition can be disposed of in view of the prayer Clause 'A'.

The learned A.G.P. after waiving notice for respondents submits that the claim can be decided within a period of six months.

Taking into consideration the urgency of the petitioner, pendency of the cases before respondent no.2 and the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending since 24.04.2018, respondent no.2 is directed to decided the claim of the petitioner as early as possible within a period of four months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
