It is revealed during course of argument that this Court was pleased to allow the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation in total (50% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security).

Applicant No.1 is seeking withdrawal of compensation amount in view of power of attorney executed by the applicant No.2. The copy of power of attorney is also placed on record - Exh."B" page 76. As such, permission can be granted as prayed for.
